Drink Invitational Cards

So I've been working on some correspondence cards for myself/Lime Tree Cove that would be fun and cute and these are the first actual prototypes! Little watercolor splashes of color with photo edits overlayed in Adobe Photoshop, printed onto Linen folding cards (each card is about 3.5" x 4.875" when folded) with a hint of glitter rimming the glass.

The Green Margarita, which will have a drink recipe on the inside left fold, titled "The Passion Margarita" from various recipes found online.

The Pink Margarita, which will also have a recipe titled, "Pink & Fruity".

I'd really like to know why my printer had such issues with printing these...I have a small handful of very nice, although a bit off center, "seconds".

Some New Photos

Just documenting some of the pretty sights in the neighborhood.

Logo Designs

So I'm back on the Logo Design wagon! Tammy Becker (www.TammyBecker.com) is a wonderful designer in the flower/design/decor world and she has asked for a new look, with the potential for moving away from her current color scheme (vermillion with white accents). I'm pushing for the following two designs.

Based on the Allium flower, which actually has no leaves like this (but the green does so well!) but who cares! Midnight purple (also called a "Mature Eggplant") with a pop of lime-ish green. I love it.
Design #2, my favorite. What's really great is that the texture of the flowers is going to REALLY work wonders with business cards, backgrounds on the website, and general print designs.

AHRT

Like...pronounced like a Bostonian would say it..."ahhhhh-T"

Deck Garden Update!

Hurray for Deck Gardens! Here's a quick photo update!
New baby super small cucumber.
New curly cucumber.
Cucumbers 2 and 1...the lower one is the original cucumber and is still about the size of a water balloon...
Cayenne Peppers, my pride.
WOAH YES IT IS RIGHT. The cayenne peppers are BIGGER and turning RED!

These are carrots...we'll see how they handle being in a container like this one...

The peas are on their way out...but still kicking!
My lavender seems to have gone insane...
