So Happy New Year! My resolution is to be even more productive and work on developing and managing new designs and patterns, maybe more so in the fabric region.
The Orchids
Yeah I'm basically in love with orchids--not because they are pretty and rare and have a million cool colors, but more so because of their temperament. They are picky, particular, and will only produce flowers when they really feel like it. They are not an easy plant, but somehow I have 5 right now, none of them flowering because I don't always water them with warm water.
This pattern might not go anywhere, but it was fun to get back into the habit of drawing AND scanning something. I might watercolor them a little and see where they go...
