Egg Nests via Annie Copps from Yankee Magazine. We did these on a shoot (perfect for the day after Thanksgiving) and they were delicious. I made them on a whim and its just so EASY I could do it from memory. Watch out though, they are filling!
Get your leftover stuffing, sausages (if you didn't have them in the stuffing already), an egg per nest, and some herbs/spices to taste.
